  1. This Privacy Policy describes how Anglona Corp. d/b/a Yerbba (“Yerbba,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information through our website and customer application (together, the “Site”), including the Yerbba Report, AskYerbba AI, and AskYerbba Expert. This information may include account and subscription details, medical records you upload or authorize us to access, derived Report information, questions, conversations, and requests for review.   2. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the “Terms of Use” for this Site, which are available at: https://www.yerbba.com/terms-of-use. This Privacy Policy will fully disclose our policy about the collection, maintenance, use, disclosure, and security of personally identifiable information obtained from users of the Site. By personally identifiable information, we mean a user’s name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, financial information, any patient identification numbers, your social security number or any other information that can be used to contact an individual, or which is identifiable of a specific individual (“Identifiable Information”).
  3. We use your information to operate your account, process subscriptions, obtain and organize your medical records, generate and update your Report, answer questions, provide support, and maintain the quality and security of the service. We do not sell your medical data or use it for advertising. Access to identifiable health information is limited to people and services that need it for these purposes.
  4. We share information with employees, contractors, and service providers as needed to deliver and support Yerbba, including hosting, payment processing, communications, and AI processing. When you choose AskYerbba AI and agree to its consent notice, we send your question, relevant conversation context, and relevant excerpts of your medical records or Report to OpenAI’s API to generate a response. This may include sensitive health information. Authorized Yerbba staff may review conversations for support, quality, or safety. Review requests are available to authorized staff; operational notifications help staff locate and handle them. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and the security of the service.
  5. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analysis and service improvement, subject to applicable law. De-identification is different from encryption: encrypted information may still identify you. The protections in this policy continue to apply to identifiable health information we receive from authorized medical-record sources or derive while providing the service.
  6. You can choose whether to use AskYerbba AI. Consent is requested before your first AI question and can be withdrawn in the application. Withdrawal stops further AI use until you agree again; it does not itself delete saved conversations. You can also opt out of promotional communications.   7. You may review, update and correct your Identifiable Information by editing your User Profile. Alternatively, to have your Identifiable Information returned you can send an e-mail request to teamyerbba@yerbba.com.
  8. AskYerbba conversations, saved supporting evidence, and associated review requests currently have no scheduled expiration. You can delete conversations in the application or request deletion of your account and related information. Deleting a conversation does not reset usage limits, and usage records may remain without the conversation text. Some information may need to be preserved for legal obligations or a specific preservation hold; copies in backups and service-provider systems are subject to their applicable deletion processes. Contact us about access, export, correction, or deletion requests.
  9. You may have certain rights related to the Identifiable Information we have collected from you, which may or may not be granted based on the circumstances, but only in compliance with applicable law. These rights are generally available to you and include the following:
  • You can remove consent, where you have provided it, at any time.
  • You can ask us to confirm if we are processing your Identifiable Information.
  • You can ask for access to your Identifiable Information.
  • You can ask to correct your Identifiable Information if it’s wrong.
  • You can ask us to delete your Identifiable Information.
  • You have a right to be forgotten and you can ask that our systems stop using your Identifiable Information.
  • You can ask us to restrict how we use your Identifiable Information.
  • You can ask us to help you move your Identifiable Information to other companies.
  • You have a right to ask that we provide your Identifiable Information in an easily readable format to another company.
  • You can ask us to stop using your Identifiable Information.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority.

If you wish to exercise any of the foregoing rights, the request should be sent via email to teamyerbba@yerbba.com which includes, your name and email address. The designated individual will review your request and contact you with any issues, such as the information being retained as required by law. Opt out notices are also available on all electronic promotional communication received from our organization or by sending an email to teamyerbba@yerbba.com.

  1. We use technical, administrative, and physical safeguards, including encryption and access controls, to help protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security. If you choose to share your Report, recipients can view the Report content covered by the link; AskYerbba AI and Expert conversations are not included in shared Reports. Share links only with people you trust.
  2. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy and/or this Site should be directed to Yerbba’s Privacy Administrator by e-mailing such questions, comments, or complaints to teamyerbba@yerbba.com.
  3. Yerbba reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Yerbba will provide notification of any change by posting the change on this Site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Privacy Policy and all such changes. Continued use of the Site after any such changes have been posted shall constitute your agreement to such changes.
